This role focuses on providing high-quality individual and family-based therapy to children and adolescents in a supportive, collaborative private-practice environment.

Experience with TF-CBT and/or PCIT is preferred but not required. We value willingness to learn and grow just as much as prior training.
Essential Functions- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic intakes and clinical interviews
- Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy as clinically indicated
- Deliver services in an outpatient private-practice setting, including in-office and tele-therapy sessions as needed
- Provide crisis assessment and intervention, including evaluation of:
- Safety and risk to self or others
- Available family and community supports
- Appropriate referrals and follow-up care
- Maintain timely, accurate, and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and state/federal regulations
- Attend staff meetings, trainings, and company events
- Maintain professional competency through continuing education
Education and Experience
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Human Relations, or a related field
- Current Oklahoma licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT (must remain in good standing)
- Experience working with pediatric populations preferred
- Strong communication skills with families and interdisciplinary providers
- Effective problem-solving and clinical judgment
- Comfort with technology and electronic documentation
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and EMR systems

- Full-time, commission-based exempt position
- Bi-weekly payroll (26 pay periods annually)
