Physical Therapist – Full Time

Salary & Incentives
- Base Salary: $70,000 – $86,000 annually (DOE)
- Incentive Bonus Model:
Earn up to $2,500 extra per month—up to $32,500 annually on top of your base salary - Ambient Listening technology (ALT) – an AI documentation tool fully integrated with our EMR that reduces documentation time
- New Graduate Support – NPTE Study Prep resources and a dedicated New Grad Mentorship Program
- Total Compensation Potential:
Over $118,000 per year with incentives

Job Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver evidence‑based care with compassion and respect
- Document evaluations, treatments, re‑assessments, and discharge notes
- Collaborate with therapists and support staff to ensure quality care
- Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment plans, and home exercise programs
- Contribute to clinic success through teamwork, mentorship, and ongoing learning
Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent
- Current Oklahoma PT license (or eligibility)
- New graduates welcome and encouraged to apply
