Role Description

This full-time hybrid role, based in Edmond, OK, offers an opportunity for a Mortgage Loan Officer to help clients achieve their home ownership goals while promoting Citizens Bank of Edmond’s mission of community building and customer service. Key responsibilities include assisting clients in identifying mortgage options, helping them navigate the loan application process, and collaborating with underwriting teams. The Mortgage Loan Officer will provide knowledgeable advice and exemplary customer service to ensure a seamless borrowing experience.

The role allows for a combination of in-office work and remote flexibility.

Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge and experience in the Mortgage Industry, including Mortgage Lending and Loan Officer positions.
  • Familiarity with Underwriting processes to evaluate and approve loans effectively.
  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional Customer Service to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and lending standards in the mortgage field.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment and adapt to both in-office and remote responsibilities.
  • Previous experience with military banking or serving military families is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
