COA is a diverse and supportive organization dedicated to early childhood education. Our Assistant Teachers execute our curriculum alongside the Lead Teacher and a talented team of educators. Programs serve preschool children from 6 weeks to 12 years, including Infant, Toddler, Preschool, Pre‑K, Before and After Care, and Summer Camp.

Daily interactions include: the Lead Teacher, children, parents, the management team, and teaching staff.

• CDA (or related childcare degree) preferred.
• 6 months experience in a licensed childcare setting.
• Flexibility in challenging situations.

• First Aid/CPR trained.
• Must meet all state requirements.

• Support the Lead Teacher in delivering daily lessons.

• Use technology to document and deliver child progress.
• Ensure a safe and structured learning environment.

The hourly pay range is $13.00 to $17.00. Final compensation is based on experience, skills, location, and internal equity. Performance‑based incentives may also apply.
