Position ClassificationRegular, full‑time, hourly, non‑exempt and benefit‑eligible staff position. The hourly rate is $19.82 ($41,226.00 per year).
General Work ScheduleThe position typically works 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Position OverviewSupports Undergraduate Admissions and Student Financial Services departments with communications through the entire recruitment funnel, both in print and email. Responsible for the quality and timely dissemination of materials and communication, handles scholarship data, reports, awarding and communication, and serves as liaison between departments for scholarship inquiries.
Essential Job Functions- Create, manage, and disseminate communication tracks in the CRM for undergraduate prospective students.
- Support multiple campus constituents in deploying and maintaining communication plans and engaging prospects through the CRM.
- Liaise between Admissions and the Marketing team and other campus partners for all print and promotional materials, responsible for inventory management and ordering.
- Oversee and manage the production and dissemination of print and promotional materials.
- Import weekly prospect data into the CRM and monitor texting software data.
- Maximize the efficiency of the Scholarship Management Software, understand and analyze its data, disseminate awards, and assist with scholarship, state, and federal fund management.
Requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field plus 3+ years of relevant experience in the chosen field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience with CRM systems and/or Student Information System.
- Experience with Scholarship Management Software.
- Marketing/communications background.
- Good computer and communication skills.
- Excellent proofing and editing skills.
- Ability to organize projects, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, meet deadlines, and handle confidential or sensitive information.
- Willingness to seek and accept responsibility.
- Understanding of the importance of CRM as a core enterprise tool in driving revenue efficiency in the University.
- In‑depth knowledge of the Marketing and Admissions process and requirements.
