Adjunct positions at UCO are part-time teaching roles. This posting aims to create a pool of interested applicants from which the Department may select as sections become available during the academic year. This posting may not necessarily lead to hiring. Adjunct faculty provide quality learning experiences, support the university's educational goals, teach classes, advise students, evaluate performance, and maintain records in accordance with university policies.
They collaborate with colleagues and follow all policies outlined in the UCO Faculty and Employee Handbooks.

Qualifications/Experience RequiredMaster's degree in the specified field (exceptions require approval). Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Preferred QualificationsExperience teaching public speaking or related courses at secondary or university levels is preferred.
Knowledge/Skills/AbilitiesPrevious teaching experience is preferred. Willingness to learn specific technology is required.
