Execute the Manager-In-Charge (MIC) Success Routine and ensure responsibilities under People, Customers and Service are completed.;
Ensure all Team Members complete Shift Excellence tasks and maintain a neat appearance in uniform.;
Greet customers, handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and maintain positive customer relations and high service standards.;
Monitor attendance and timekeeping; ensure staff report on time and hours are recorded accurately.;
Assist RGM with cash control, inventory, labor, food safety, and health and safety standards.
