Civil Supervisor

Position Title: Civil Superintendent – Solar Location: Project Sites in Oklahoma (Grady, Garfield, or Wagoner County)
Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Civil Superintendent to oversee site preparation for large‑scale solar projects. Responsible for grading, land leveling, drainage, and coordinating with EPC teams to ensure quality and safety standards are met.

• Supervise earthwork, grading, and site preparation activities
• Read and interpret civil drawings and grading plans
• Ensure proper drainage and water management
• Coordinate with engineers, EPC teams, and subcontractors
• Oversee equipment operations and maintain safety/quality standards

• 3+ years of civil construction experience (road or commercial projects preferred)
• Hands‑on grading and drainage experience
• Ability to read civil drawings
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Solar or renewable energy project experience
• Familiarity with EPC workflows
• Company vehicle (per policy)
• $700/month trip home allowance
• Mileage reimbursement at government rate
• Cell phone reimbursement (up to ~$90/month)
• Per diem for meals and lodging per GSA rates
