We operate a high-volume service department supporting 30+ technicians across 50 service bays. A disciplined and well-maintained facility directly supports technician productivity, workplace safety, and the client experience.

This position plays a critical role in upholding the professional standards expected of the Mercedes-Benz brand. Meticulous, efficient, and self-directed individuals will thrive in this role.

The Facilities Support Specialist is responsible for maintaining facility cleanliness, coordinating waste and tire disposal, supporting safety standards, and ensuring operational areas remain organized and production-ready.

Work areas include:

• Workshop (50 service bays)
• Parts Department
• Service Drive / Customer Drop-Off Area
• Shared operational and storage spaces

This is an active, hands-on role in a fast-paced automotive environment.

• Sweep and maintain service bays and shop floors
• Remove trash from shop, parts, and service areas
• Maintain clean and organized walkways and work spaces
• Break down and properly dispose of cardboard and packaging
• Collect and stage used tires for disposal
• Coordinate tire removal with disposal vendor
• Manage scrap metal and recycling processes
• Monitor waste containers to ensure they remain orderly and not overflowing

• Prompt cleanup of fluid spills
• Maintain absorbent materials and spill kits
• Assist in supporting shop safety compliance standards
• Partner with foreman and management to address facility-related needs

• Maintain cleanliness of service drive and client-facing areas
• Support overall facility readiness for client visits and inspections

• Generally Monday–Friday
• 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• 40 hours per week

• Strong work ethic and consistent reliability
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Comfortable working in an automotive service environment
• Physically able to lift 50 lbs and remain active throughout shift
• Experience operating floor scrubbing equipment and forklift preferred (not required)
• Prior facilities, warehouse, or dealership experience preferred
