Overview

A leading third-party logistics provider specializing in warehousing and distribution services supports retailers across the New Jersey and New York metro areas. The operation includes large-scale warehouse space offering ambient, temperature-controlled, high-value, and bonded storage solutions. The Outbound Retail Department is responsible for preparing and organizing outgoing customer shipments. The Picker role plays a key part in ensuring accurate, efficient, and safe order fulfillment within the shipping operation.

• Operate powered industrial equipment including pallet jacks, forklifts, cherry pickers, and turret trucks to pick customer orders
• Use RF scanners to complete warehouse picking and inventory tasks
• Consolidate, stack, and prepare products for shipment
• Perform cycle counts as required
• Support quality control and shipping processes
• Follow all safety procedures and warehouse guidelines
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management

• Ability to safely and proficiently operate PIT equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, cherry pickers, and turret trucks
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to reach, bend, turn, squat, and lift 50+ pounds
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
