Sr. Java Architect

• Must be very hands on and ready to wear several hats – Application Architect, Solutions Architect, Technology Guru and Technical Leader/Sr. Developer
• Well rounded skill sets in Java/JEE/GWT to provide end to end Enterprise solutions for Financial Services Industry in Compliance Group
• Ability to operate in a fast paced environment, assimilating large amounts of information quickly, and developing strategies and products with a minimal amount of oversight. Strong working relationship skills, with various stakeholder particularly with senior executives

• Guru in Business and Integration tiers with very good knowledge of Spring, Hibernate and JPA
• Very Strong in terms of refactoring, best coding practices and code organization
• Strong experience deploying applications in Web Sphere application server
• Good working knowledge of Oracle database
• Working knowledge of Maven build process, Cruise Control and version control systems like Subversion
• Experience in Unix/Linux and Shell scripting
• Comfortable working with remote teams
