The ideal candidate will be positive, energetic, highly self-motivated, and possess strong verbal & communication skills. THIS POSITION IS ONSITE AT ALL TIMES.

Position is ONSITE in EDISON, NJ.

• Close warm sales leads from customers inquiring about our home warranty policy.
• Develop a strong rapport with the customer to drive conversions.
• Quickly identify customer needs and make appropriate decisions.
• Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, even under stressful situations.
• Multi-task between speaking and data capture.
• Learn the product suite quickly.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge.

• 1+ years of experience and success in sales and building rapport.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to interact with internal & external clients.
• Ability to close deals and upsell policy.
• Independent work ethic while meeting goals and deadlines.
• Strong phone presence.
