Eren Packaging is a leading provider of high-quality corrugated packaging solutions. As we continue to accelerate our growth within the United States
, we are seeking a results-driven and strategic Sales Rep. to lead our business development efforts, manage key accounts, and strengthen our sales network across the US market.
Based in our Edison NJ office, you will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, managing the end-to-end sales process—including NDAs, pricing, and technical specifications—and maintaining long‑term relationships with major corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Proactively identify and engage potential B2B clients within the FMCG, Food & Beverage, and industrial sectors across the US.
- Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long‑term retention.
- Technical Sales: Collaborate with production and design teams to deliver customized packaging solutions based on specific client requirements.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor US industry trends, competitor activity, and regional pricing dynamics.
- Reporting: Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and strategic growth insights to the executive management team.
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within the packaging, paper, or manufacturing industries.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Language
Skills:
* Native or professional fluency in English is required. - Fluency in Turkish is a plus (to facilitate coordination with our headquarters and production facilities in Turkey).
- Technical
Skills:
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM platforms. - Location: Must be based in or able to commute to the Edison, NJ area.
