Inside Sales Executive - IT Services.

Employment Type:
Full-time. We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our IT sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching and identifying new business opportunities, engaging with potential prospects, running sales and marketing campaigns, and driving lead generation. This role requires strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and an understanding of IT technologies to effectively connect with decision-makers.
- Conduct market research and R&D to identify potential customers, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Generate and qualify leads through outreach, cold calling, emails, Linked In campaigns, and other digital channels.
- Run targeted sales campaigns to engage prospects and convert them into qualified opportunities.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline in CRM/ATS tools (e.g., Job Diva, Salesforce, Hub Spot).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop outreach strategies, content, and campaigns.
- Stay updated on IT services, cloud, AI/ML, Dev Ops, Data Engineering, and emerging technologies to effectively communicate value propositions.
- Nurture long-term relationships with prospects and support sales closure in collaboration with the business development team.
- Prepare and present reports on lead generation, campaign performance, and sales metrics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or business development (preferably in IT services or staffing).
- Strong knowledge of IT concepts (Cloud, Data, Digital Transformation, AI/ML, Application Development, etc.).
- Experience with CRM, Linked In Sales Navigator, email automation, and campaign management tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
