Urgently required Receptionist cum Inside Sales Representative for US

We offer a comprehensive list of services in the field of IT infrastructure management, Cloud services, IT Consulting Services, Banking, Management Resources, Information Technology Development, Telecom, Aviation, Retail Management & eGovernment offerings.
We are currently looking for a Receptionist/Inside Sales Representative for our US operations. If you are a self-motivated and energetic multi-tasker who is looking to start a career with a growing company then this is the job for you!
Experience in years: 1 to 2 yrs.
Responsibilities:- Make proactive outbound phone calls per day to generate new business, document and communicate all aspects of inbound and outbound phone calls, and on occasion, schedule appointments with accounts for a field visit from a field sales manager.
- Answer inbound calls.
- Compile lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from newspapers, business directories, industry ads, internet websites, and other market intelligence sources.
- Keep up to date on VAM Systems' solutions and services and also on possible competitors.
- Send out regular mailers to potential customers.
- Make a certain number of outbound calls every day.
- Cold call as well as telephonic follow up on existing opportunities.
- Keep all office documentation and files up to date.
- Take care of the regular office mailing.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent customer service skills and enjoy being in a customer-facing role.
- Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent interpersonal skills required in dealing with varying levels of clients and prospects.
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Must have above average knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Word & Microsoft Excel.
