Job Description:

A mattress company located in NJ is seeking a knowledgeable and hands‑on Ecommerce professional to lead their online sales operations. This role is ideal for someone who understands what it takes to get products online from start to finish, building spec sheets, managing product data, enhancing PDP pages, and developing new products for market. As a factory‑based company, we need someone who can bridge operations with ecommerce strategy to drive consistent growth.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Oversee the full ecommerce setup for new and existing products.

Build out detailed product data files and ensure accurate specs.

Enhance and optimize product detail pages (PDPs) to improve conversion and customer engagement.

Collaborate with the factory team to help develop and launch new products.

Manage online marketplace listings and ensure all product information is accurate and updated.

Work closely with sales and operations to support ecommerce growth strategies.

Monitor online performance and identify opportunities to improve sales and visibility.

Specific

Qualifications & Requirements:

Experience in ecommerce, specifically with getting products online end‑to‑end.

Strong understanding of product data, specs, and PDP optimization.

Ability to work closely with a factory/manufacturing environment.

Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Experience in mattress, furniture, or consumer goods preferred but not required.
