A well-established wholesale importer and distributor of seasonal décor, home accents, and gift items is seeking a motivated Wholesale Sales Representative to join its growing team.
The company supplies a broad range of retailers across the United States, including discount chains, independent retailers, gift shops, and seasonal stores. Their diverse product assortment includes:
- Seasonal decorations (Christmas, Halloween, Valentine’s Day, Easter)
- Artificial flowers and decorative accents
- Holiday ornaments, wreaths, and garlands
- Gift and party décor
- Home and garden decorations

Position OverviewThe company is seeking a relationship-driven Wholesale Sales Representative to expand its retail footprint while managing and strengthening existing accounts. This role requires someone who understands wholesale sales cycles—particularly in seasonal merchandise—and is comfortable working directly with retail buyers to curate assortments that perform well in-store.
The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and capable of balancing new business development with ongoing account management. This is a performance-driven role with base salary plus commission and strong growth potential.
Key Responsibilities Account Development- Identify and develop new wholesale accounts across various retail channels
- Build and maintain relationships with retail buyers and store owners
- Present product lines and seasonal collections to prospective clients
- Manage existing wholesale accounts
, ensuring strong long-term partnerships - Work closely with buyers to plan seasonal product programs
- Follow up on orders
, shipping timelines, and customer satisfaction - Ensure repeat business through attentive service and consistent communication
- Present full product collections to retail buyers in a professional and compelling manner
- Educate customers on new product launches and seasonal offerings
- Assist buyers in selecting appropriate assortments tailored to their customer base

- Track customer demand and provide feedback to management
- Stay informed on retail trends and seasonal demand patterns
- Monitor competitive offerings within the seasonal décor and giftware market
- Experience in sales, wholesale sales, or retail account management
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and sales opportunities simultaneously
- Experience selling seasonal products, home décor, giftware, or accessories
- Experience working directly with retail buyers or store owners
