Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Vendor Compliance Account Assistant to support the Walmart (WM) team with item setup, order processing, and system execution. This role focuses on administrative and operational support for Walmart programs, including item setup within Walmart systems, approval of AEX order sheets and buy sheets, and issuing UPC and carton label charts. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working in Excel, and a strong communicator who can support the team in maintaining accuracy and compliance across Walmart workflows.

Responsibilities- Review and validate AEX customer order sheets, ensuring accuracy of pack configurations, quantities, and order details
- Set up and maintain item files within Walmart systems, including Retail Link
- Approve buy sheets based on finalized AEX information, ensuring compliance with Walmart guidelines and internal standards
- Issue and manage UPC ticket charts and carton label charts
- Enter and maintain accurate ticketing and labeling information within PLM systems
- Support the WM team with day-to-day operational tasks related to item setup and order execution
- Communicate clearly with internal partners to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely approvals
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including sorting, formulas, and VLOOKUPs
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, deadline-driven, and reliable
- Comfortable learning new systems and processes with in-house training support
- Experience working with retail systems such as Retail Link or PLM (helpful but not required)
- Background in retail operations, merchandising, or account support (a plus, not required)
- Experience working with Walmart (a plus, not required)
