Position Summary:

Sam’s Club is looking for a Membership Associate to support Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Membership upgrades, participating in sales and marketing events, and meeting Membership goals. You will maintain facility safety by following all safety standards, conduct safety sweeps, properly handle hazardous materials, and report unsafe situations to Management.

You are expected to fulfill Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders, review orders, pull items from shelves, scan items, wrap and palletize items ensuring order accuracy and secure items until Members arrive, and follow up on out-of-stock merchandise to meet Member needs. By completing work assignments based on policies, data, and resources and collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners, you will identify priorities, deadlines, and improvement opportunities while adapting to change and learning from feedback.

You will provide Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting Company products and services. You will comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity, implement related action plans using the Open Door Policy, respect the individual, embrace differences, build strong relationships, mentor others, maintain integrity, serve customers and members, make decisions based on reliable information, balance priorities, and strive for continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence.

The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 to $26.00*.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
