Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant - LTC
Location: Edison, NJ US 08820
Pay Range: $28 - $31/hr (on W2)
Responsibilities- Provide direct resident care according to the Patient Care Plan, including hygiene, feeding, and vital signs.
- Assist with ROM exercises, ambulation, transfers, and restorative nursing activities.
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the Nurse promptly.
- Complete accurate daily documentation per facility, state, and federal guidelines.
- Maintain a safe, clean environment and communicate effectively with team members and families.
- Minimum 2 years of CNA experience in an LTC setting.
- High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
- BLS - AHA certification.
