• Day-to-day coordination and oversight of the nursing process for residents assigned to his or her care.
• Direct and indirect provision of care according to each resident's nursing and medical plan of care and in accordance with state and federal regulations and accepted nursing standards of practice.
• Supervises administratively in the building assigned, Certified Nursing Assistants and licensed nurses elde craving personnel of each discipline.
• Supervision follows all accepted state and federal guidelines for Pearl discipline.

• Education:
  
  Graduate from credentialed school of nursing.
• Certification/Licensure:
  Currently licensed as a nurse in the state of practice.
