Position OverviewNow Hiring – Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Salary Range: $20.00 to $26.00. Responsible for basic patient care under the direction of nursing staff, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, moving patients, and changing linens. Actively holds a nursing aide certification in the state of operation. Prefer experience with patients of all ages in a SNF setting, with a dedication to quality care.
Position Requirements- Must be a certified or state‑tested Nursing Assistant in accordance with state laws.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
- Must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age‑related needs of residents served.
- Must be a supportive team member, contributing to and exemplifying teamwork.
- Must have patience, tact, a cheerful disposition, and enthusiasm, as well as willingness to handle difficult residents.
- Must be able to relate information concerning a resident’s condition.
