A leading healthcare organization in New Jersey is looking for a Nurse Apprentice to participate in the NSPIRE program. This pre-NCLEX position allows newly graduated nurses to gain clinical immersion experiences, preparing them for a successful career as Registered Nurses. Responsibilities include attending skill labs, learning the Nursing Strategic Plan, and creating safe patient environments. Applicants must be graduates of an accredited nursing program with a minimum GPA of 3.0. The starting pay is $39.24 hourly.
