We know our CNAs are the heart of our facility. We are offering a competitive pay package, including a $2,500 sign‑on bonus for new CNAs, a starting hourly rate of $20.32 that increases with experience, and a minimum hourly rate of $22.35 for this position. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.) you will provide exceptional resident care, follow each resident’s care plan, complete required documentation, and support the entire healthcare team. You will work part‑time with benefits on day shifts.

• Provide patient care as outlined in the Patient Care Plan, including ROM exercises, ambulation, transfer training, feeding assistance, calorie counts, bed making, personal hygiene, skin checks, vital signs, and AM/HS care.
• Answer call bells promptly and report any patient condition changes to the Charge Nurse and RN.
• Maintain residents’ cleanliness, grooming, safety, and proper use of adaptive equipment.
• Complete all documentation, reports, intake and output records, and bowel movements.
• Participate in committees and other assigned duties as requested.
• Provide ongoing patient advocacy and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain professional competence through continuing education and training programs.
• Build positive relationships with patients, families, and team members.

• Completion of an approved CNA program.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Current continuing education (CE) requirements.
• Professional patient care skills and the ability to serve as a patient advocate.
• Ability to work efficiently on a multidisciplinary team.

• Computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Experience in long‑term care and rehabilitation facilities.
• Previous work with geriatric and disabled populations.
• Bi‑lingual (Spanish) proficiency.

• NJ CNA License.

Minimum hourly rate: $22.35. Compensation is benchmarked against market data and may include performance‑based incentives. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and retirement plans.
