Skills Required

• Proven working experience as a project Manager in the IT sector with at least 1 or 2 implementations
• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands‑on experience in software development and web technologies
• Excellent client‑facing and internal communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi‑tasking skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Manage projects with top‑down oversight throughout entire execution to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline
• Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables
• Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Work with different team members in different capacities to ensure quality deliverables
• Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements
• Participate in estimation activities and vet the overall plan given by Architects / Leads
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
• Ensure that quality, performance & security are meeting the respective needs
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
• Report and, if needed, escalates to management
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Anticipate details of future projects by communicating directly with customers and staying informed of relevant trends and industry news

• BE – Computer Science / MCA
• Graduates with a computer background will be considered if they possess experience in the mentioned skillset
