Job Title: Supply Chain Manager
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Pay Rate: Negotiable
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee and manage the entire supply chain process, from procurement to delivery. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills who can ensure the efficient flow of goods and materials, while optimizing cost and quality.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners.
- Monitor key performance indicators and prepare reports on supply chain metrics.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms.
- Forecast demand and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stock.
- Collaborate with other departments to support business objectives and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Proven experience as a Supply Chain Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and negotiation skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Pay rate is negotiable based on experience.
- Regular business hours—Monday through Friday.
