A well-established and growing law firm in Edison, NJ is seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney with 5+ years of experience to join its litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who wants hands-on responsibility, client interaction, and long-term growth within a collaborative firm environment.
Responsibilities- Handle a broad range of commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and dispositive briefs
- Manage all phases of discovery, including depositions and written discovery
- Appear in state and federal courts throughout New Jersey
- Work directly with clients and provide strategic litigation counsel
- Collaborate with partners and junior attorneys on complex matters
- 5+ years of commercial litigation experience
- Strong experience handling cases independently
- Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Prior experience in state and federal court required
- Strong communication skills and a client-focused mindset
- Competitive base salary commensurate with experience

- The annual salary for this position is between $160,000 – $200,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
