Responsibilities:

Solution Development

• Design and implement AI-driven solutions for personalization, automation, customer engagement, and digital experience enhancements.
• Build, train, and optimize machine learning models for predictive analytics, recommendation engines, and conversational AI.
• Apply Generative AI and NLP techniques to develop innovative customer-facing and internal automation solutions.

Innovation & Experimentation

• Lead PoCs and MVP initiatives for new AI use cases within the Digital Experience ecosystem.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and experience teams to rapidly prototype creative and high-impact AI solutions.

Integration & Deployment

• Integrate AI models and capabilities with enterprise platforms such as Experience Management systems, CDP, Marketing Automation, and Cloud-based digital stacks.
• Ensure adherence to Responsible AI guidelines, data governance policies, geo-specific compliance, and privacy frameworks.

Collaboration & Advisory

• Partner with Experience Designers, Martech SMEs, and Digital Advisors to ensure AI solutions align with business objectives.
• Participate in client workshops and discussions to showcase AI capabilities, solution approaches, and technical feasibility.

Must Have /

Required Skills:



Technical Expertise

• Strong hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks such as Tensor Flow and Py Torch .
• Proficiency in Generative AI
  , Large Language Models
  , and modern NLP techniques
  .
• Experience working with cloud AI platforms (
  AWS AI
  , Azure AI
  , Google Cloud AI
  ) and productivity AI tools (e.g., Git Hub Copilot).
• Strong Python programming skills and experience integrating models using APIs.
