Data and Analytics Consulting Partner

Description:

We are seeking a high-impact Data and Analytics Leader (Consulting Partner) to shape and drive transformative engagements for our Manufacturing industry clients. This role requires a blend of visionary leadership, entrepreneurial thinking, and consultative selling to build next-gen data and AI capabilities. You will be part of the Manufacturing Business CTO team, reporting to the Global CTO of Manufacturing at TCS.

You will be at the forefront of delivering data-led innovation, leveraging technologies such as AI, Agentic AI, Cloud Data Platforms, and GenAI. As a strategic partner to our clients, you will define bold transformation agendas, develop new solution ideas and platform plays, and unlock business value at scale. A startup mindset is critical - you will own revenue growth, experiment rapidly, and act with agility to capture emerging opportunities.

Thought Leadership & Innovation

• Define and evangelize the data and AI transformation agenda for manufacturing clients.

• Incubate differentiated offerings across Agentic AI, Edge Intelligence, LLMOps, Sustainability Analytics, and Smart Factories.

• Conceive newer solution/platform ideas and MVPs by identifying white spaces in the market.

• Represent the firm in industry forums, analyst briefings, and thought leadership platforms.

Sales & Growth Ownership

• Own and drive revenue growth in the data & analytics portfolio across key manufacturing accounts.

• Lead proactive opportunity shaping and consulting-led sales - from deal origination to closure.

• Partner with account teams to build strong, trusted relationships with client CXOs.

• Craft compelling value propositions around data transformation, migration, AI/ML use cases, and GenAI accelerators.

Client Advisory & Delivery Oversight

• Act as the executive advisor to enterprise data and AI leaders in the manufacturing domain.

• Oversee strategic programs from roadmap to execution, ensuring business outcomes and scalability.

• Guide clients through cloud migration, data governance, architecture modernization, and AI enablement.

Practice Building & Ecosystem Engagement

• Build and nurture a high-performing consulting team of data, AI, and industry specialists.

• Co-innovate with cloud hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP), data platform providers (Snowflake, Databricks), and startups to enrich offerings.

• Develop a portfolio of IP, solutions, and assets that enhance differentiation in the market.

• Foster a culture of experimentation, agility, and platform thinking within the team.

Qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience in data & analytics consulting, with deep exposure to manufacturing value chains.

• Proven expertise in data strategy, cloud platforms, AI/ML, GenAI, and large-scale transformations.

• Strong entrepreneurial mindset, with a track record of conceiving and launching new offerings/platforms.

• Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and lead high-value consulting engagements.

• Influential communicator with executive presence and stakeholder management skills.
