Overview
Java Tibco with insurance domain
Responsibilities- Providing support to diagnose and resolve technical incidents within TIBCO-integrated Java applications.
- Using tools like TIBCO Hawk or custom dashboards to monitor system health, message queues, and data flows.
- Conducting root cause analysis (RCA) on failed processes, such as blocked message flows in TIBCO EMS or Java heap memory errors.
- Creating knowledge base articles and troubleshooting guides for repeated issues to improve future response times.
- Lead critical incident conference calls and manage on-call rotations to address high-severity issues during off-business hours.
- Proficiency in TIBCO suite
- Knowledge of SQL for data reconciliation and Unix/Linux shell scripting for automation and monitoring tasks.
- Understanding of SOAP/REST web services.
- Provide technical guidance to junior staff, maintain internal knowledge bases, and define standard troubleshooting procedures.
