NetSuite Consultant Dell Boomi

This is a 1-day onsite work, and the rest remote every week in Edison, NJ

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Net Suite functional and technical consultant for ongoing enhancements, configuration, and system optimization.
• Lead Net Suite customization efforts, including workflows, saved searches, forms, fields, and role/permission management (basic Suite Script familiarity preferred).
• Analyze, streamline, and improve existing Net Suite processes to drive efficiency across Finance, Operations, and Sales.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Net Suite issues, translating business requirements into effective system solutions.
• Support data migration, validation, and cleanup initiatives as needed.
• Provide best-practice recommendations for Net Suite architecture, module utilization, and scalability to support future growth.

Boomi Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Dell Boomi integrations, ensuring reliable data flow between Net Suite, Salesforce, and other internal systems.
• Develop and enhance Boomi processes, including complex mappings, transformations, error handling, and retry logic.
• Collaborate closely with business and technical teams to ensure integrations align with business workflows and data governance standards.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues, performing root-cause analysis and implementing long-term solutions.
• Document integration designs, mappings, and deployment procedures following best practices.
• Optimize existing Boomi integrations for performance, scalability, and maintainability.

What We’re Looking For

• A strong Boomi practitioner who can translate business process requirements into integration logic.
• Proven experience building high-quality mappings and integrating Net Suite with Salesforce.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both business users and technical teams.
