Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with 8+ years of experience in the Financial Services and Professional Services industry
. The ideal candidate will have strong domain knowledge, proven client-facing experience, and the ability to work closely with business and technical stakeholders.
Big 4 or Audit experience is a strong advantage
.

• Elicit, analyse, and document business and functional requirements
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business processes, gaps, and improvement opportunities
• Translate business needs into clear BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows
• Support audit, risk, compliance, and regulatory initiatives
• Collaborate with technology and delivery teams to ensure accurate implementation
• Participate in UAT, validation, and change management activities
• Provide ongoing stakeholder communication and status updates

• 10+ years of Business Analyst experience in Financial Services and/or Professional Services
• Strong understanding of banking, capital markets, insurance, or professional services operations
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills
• Experience working in complex, regulated environments
