The Team's Tech Stack (Context for Management)

• Cloud/Data:
  Azure, Databricks (Spark), and SQL.
• Application: .NET (Backend) and Angular/React (Frontend). Python.
• Analytics:
  Power BI and Python-based data processing.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years in IT project delivery or management in the Accounting Domain; experience in Data/Analytics or Custom Software Development;
  Accounting/Audit domain knowledge.
• Agile Expertise:
  Mastery of Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Azure Dev Ops).
• Cloud Literacy:
  Strong understanding of the Azure ecosystem and how modern cloud-native applications are built.
• Communication:
  Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts (like data consumption from Databricks) into clear business value for stakeholders.
• Problem Solving: A track record of unblocking technical teams and managing complex dependencies in data-heavy environments.
