We are looking for an experienced Service Now IRM Engineer to design, develop, and implement Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions on the Service Now platform. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, risk managers, compliance officers, and audit teams to deliver solutions that strengthen risk posture and ensure regulatory compliance.

• 5+ years of hands‑on Service Now development experience
• Service Now IRM module implementation (mandatory)
• Experience with Service Now IRM CMDB and CSDM capabilities

• Java Script
• Angular

• Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – Risk and Compliance (GRC CIS)
• Service Now Certified Application Developer (CAD)

• Lead development, configuration, and customization of Service Now IRM modules:
  • Advanced Risk
  • Audit Management
  • Policy and Compliance Management
  • Vendor Risk Management (VRM)
  • Regulatory Change Management
  • Business Continuity Management (BCM)
• Design IRM workflows, scoring methodologies, entity scoping, and Risk Assessment Methodologies (RAM)
• Configure notifications, SLAs, and reporting
• Develop and manage script objects:
  Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, ACLs, and Flows

• Set up and manage integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and MID Server
• Perform data imports/exports ensuring data integrity
