Responsibilities & Qualifications
- 10–13 years of overall experience, combining solution architecture with hands‑on delivery.
- Strong client‑facing skills, able to lead conversations, manage expectations, and handle escalations calmly.
- Hands‑on technologist who can step in to design, review, and, when needed, build/debug components – not just guide from the sidelines.
- Proficient in Data Solutions, preferably with practical, hands‑on experience on Databricks (Lakehouse, ETL, analytics, or AI workloads).
- Support in pre‑sales as needed.
