Manager, Strategic Projects

Edison Elm is seeking a Manager, Strategic Projects to work directly with the CEO across a range of evolving business initiatives. This is a trusted, execution-focused role that spans software project coordination, vendor and supplier liaison, and internal process design, with the flexibility to grow into broader responsibilities as the company scales.

You’ll play a key role in driving initiatives forward — from launching digital platforms like Cable

IQ™ and Easy Stock™, to assisting in the development of new operational capabilities including manufacturing of Edison Select™ Signature Brands and corporate process improvements. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on autonomy, adapts quickly, and turns ideas into execution.

• Liaise with software vendors on platforms like Cable
  
  IQ™ and the Easy Stock™ tool. Oversee feature development, testing, and rollout to ensure alignment with business goals.

• Support initiatives across logistics, operations, and supplier relations. Assist with factory planning, process design, and development of SOPs and business plans.
• Act as a key point of contact on behalf of the CEO. Attend meetings, manage cross-functional follow-ups, and provide structured updates to keep projects on track.

3–7 years experience in project coordination, product operations, or strategic execution roles

Strong communicator able to bridge between business and technical stakeholders

Comfortable with autonomy and evolving scope

Organized and process-oriented with a hands‑on mindset

Experience working with software vendors, logistics teams, or manufacturing projects is a plus

. Over time, the Manager, Strategic Projects will have the opportunity to expand into broader leadership responsibilities, including support on software commercialization, factory operations, and company-wide process development.
