Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Grace Healthcare Services is seeking a detail-oriented HR Administrative Assistant to support our Human Resources team in managing essential HR functions. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and is passionate about supporting employees and streamlining HR processes.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with onboarding new hires, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant
  • Maintain and update employee records in HRIS and personnel files
  • Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying timekeeping information
  • Coordinate benefits enrollment, answer employee inquiries, and assist with open enrollment
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal employment regulations
  • Assist in recruitment efforts, including scheduling interviews and conducting background checks
  • Provide administrative support for performance management and employee relations processes
  • Organize and maintain HR documentation, policies, and procedures
  • Support HR projects and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of HR experience (healthcare industry preferred)
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and compliance regulations
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HRIS systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
