The focus of the Recruitment Operations Specialist is operational efficiency improvement of key hiring processes at Hackensack Meridian Health (HMH) including, but not limited to, the candidate, new hire, and hiring team experience as well as data and reporting for the Talent Selection department. This position will use their process improvement mindset and program knowledge and expertise to drive meaningful change.

This position will drive solutions through critical assessment and delivery in support of core HR processes and recommend continuous improvement opportunities. This position will leverage/utilize data as the vehicle for driving action among recruiters, hiring managers, and leadership to ensure they are getting the insights they need. This position will have a thorough understanding of Recruitment and Onboarding and how they impact HMH's hiring capabilities.

This position will be part of a fast‑paced, fluid, and highly collaborative environment. The Recruitment Operations Spec is also responsible for ensuring all team members' employment authorization documentation is valid for employment throughout the team members' tenure.

Education,

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum of 3 years of recruiting, onboarding, project management, and/or recruiting operations experience in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and demonstrable track record of operational excellence in the HR realm.
  • Strong client relationship management capabilities and capable of rapidly building strong, effective, and trusted relationships and networks.
  • Highly motivated, energizing, and inspires others to seek higher levels of performance.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence and articulate a variety of issues to different audiences, tailoring messages accordingly.
  • Ability to utilize technical expertise when performing problem/situational analysis.
  • Analytical thinking and planning skills.
  • Experience using standard recruiting tools and a desire to explore and implement new tools to further streamline the recruiting process.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity, prioritize competing priorities, and pivot quickly.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Ability to understand, follow directions, and meet deadlines.

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred:
    • Experience with iCIMS is a plus.
