Technical Recruiters (Onsite)

We are looking for hands on Sr. Technical recruiters (US Staffing) who will be working onsite at our NJ location!!!

No. of positions: 10+

The ideal candidate must have:

• At least 5+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiter in US IT Staffing is must.
• Should have good experience working with Direct clients most of the time, if not all the times.
• Looking for a recruiters who worked mostly on W2 (Green card and Citizens).
• Sound knowledge on IT concepts and latest trends.
• Excellent knowledge of Internet based recruiting tools (i.e.: Monster, DICE, Hot Jobs, etc.).
• Need target oriented candidates with a history of achieving target.
• Very Strong communication and inter personal skills.
• Should have a stable employment history.
• Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast paced environment.
• Candidate with valid B1 or H1 is preferred but not mandatory as we will sponsor H1b for the candidates.
• Education:
  
  Candidate Must have a full time bachelor’s degree.
• Should have a Valid Passport.

We are also Looking for candidates with Minimum 2+ years of experience into US IT Recruitment for a role at Offshore at Noida / Mohan Estate New Delhi location.
