Behavioral Therapist (BT/RBT) - Edison, NJ

Pay: $24-$29/hour
Schedule: Part-Time/Full-Time

Flywheel Centers is looking for dedicated Behavioral Therapists (BTs/RBTs) to join our Edison team. In this role, you ll provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in their homes, schools, or our local center-wherever support is needed most.

You'll work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to help children build meaningful skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and achieve their developmental goals.

• Provide individualized ABA therapy across a variety of natural settings
• Follow treatment plans and behavior strategies developed by a BCBA
• Track data and share progress with clinical supervisors
• Support children in developing communication, daily living, and social skills

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Must be 18 years or older
• Reliable transportation to client homes and schools
• ABA experience preferred
