Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced BCBA Clinical Supervisor to join our team at Golden Hartz ABA. Responsibilities:
Supervise a team of BCBAs, RBTs, and other professionals in delivering ABA therapy services to clients with autism
Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual client needs
Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and training to supervises to ensure high-quality services
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure effective communication and care coordination
Conduct client assessments, progress monitoring, and data analysis to inform treatment decisions
Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and research to continuously improve services
Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives to ensure exceptional client outcomes
Requirements:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis 9
ABA), Psychology, or related fieldMinimum 2 years of experience in ABA therapy services, with a focus on autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
Strong clinical skills, including assessment, treatment planning, and data analysis
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail, with a focus on client care and safety
