Atlantic Health is seeking a skilled and compassionate full-time outpatient Physical Therapist to join Atlantic Rehabilitation's team in Edison for the schedule of M/W/F 7a-3p, and T/TH 11a-7p. This location treats an orthopedic population, so experience in Ortho is STRONGLY preferred. • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop patient-centered treatment plans
• Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and fellow rehab team members
• Communicate with patients and families to ensure understanding and continuity of care
• Support various appointment types and adapt care plans as needed

Essential functions include patient evaluation, establishing plans of care and treatment programs, providing interventions, providing patient and family education, documenting interventions, and billing appropriately. Supports Lead Clinicians in competency development and implementation. Participates in the orientation of new staff members, serves as a clinical instructor for students, exercises independent judgement of moderately complex cases and with minimal to no supervision.
