Patient Services Coordinator – PT Solutions Physical Therapy

In this role, you’ll own key administrative and communication processes—verifying insurance coverage, securing prior authorizations, coordinating referrals, and optimizing schedules—to help patients access care efficiently and confidently. - Reimbursement for endurance race entry fees
- Reconcile patient payments and units billed while following HIPAA guidelines
- Follow appropriate processes for insurance verification and/or benefits management
- Obtain authorizations and/or prior authorizations
- Collect and reconcile all charges weekly and monthly
- Maintain relationships with patients, providers, clinicians, and internal operational departments
- High school diploma or GED (submission of diploma for highest level of education obtained required)
- 1–2 years of customer service experience (healthcare experience preferred)
- Part‑time
Pay range: $17–$18 per hour (pay may vary based on experience, location, and additional compensation factors)
