• Provide esthetic laser treatments, ensuring adherence to safety and sanitation protocols.
• Perform hair threading, dermabrasion, and eyelash extensions with precision and care.
• Utilize color theory knowledge to assist clients in selecting the right products for their needs.
• Engage with customers to upsell services and retail products effectively.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment to promote health and safety standards.
• Demonstrate proficiency in retail math to manage inventory and sales transactions accurately.
• Assist clients with hair extensions, providing guidance on care and maintenance.
• Foster positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

• Proven experience in esthetic treatments such as laser therapy, dermabrasion, eyelash extensions, and hair threading is preferred.
• Strong upselling skills with a background in retail sales within the beauty industry.
• Knowledge of color theory as it relates to beauty services is a plus.
• Ability to maintain high sanitation standards in all procedures performed.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
