  The pay range for this role is $21.00‑$23.00 per hour, based on experience, skills, and applicable geographical premiums.

• Previous Experience in leadership or supervisory role in a restaurant or food environment

• Role and Interaction with Players:
  Support your team in delivering memorable Player experiences by resolving concerns quickly and ensuring service runs smoothly. Be a visible leader who sets the tone for energy, connection, and fun in every Player interaction.
• Key Aspect of the Role:
  Provide day‑to‑day leadership by guiding Play makers toward achieving performance targets. Monitor team execution, coach in real time, and handle operational tasks to keep the venue running efficiently.
• Contribution to Topgolf and Other Play makers:
  Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and accountability. Invest in Play makers’ growth through feedback, motivation, and development opportunities, helping them bring their best to Players and each other.
• Commitment to Safety and Sanitation:
  Ensure all Play makers follow safety procedures, sanitation standards, and company policies to maintain a safe and efficient environment for both Players and Play makers.
