Plans for operating the 2026 Extended School Year Programs are in the preliminary stages. The total number of positions is contingent upon student enrollment.
POSITION:
ESY NURSE
REPORTS TO:
Special Services Supervisors/Assistant Superintendent for Pupil Special Services
LOCATIONS:
To be determined based on the program need
ESY PROGRAM DATES 6/29/2026-07/30/2026
ESY PROGRAM STAFF
HOURS:
8:00 A.M. TO 12:30 P.M.
Week 1: M-TH 4 Days
Week 2: M-TH 4 days
Week 3: M-TH 4 days
Week 4: M-TH 4 days
Week 5: M-TH 4 days
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Must have a CSN, RN, LPN
* Must have a current license to practice
* Experience with ESY, preschool disabled, autistic, learning language disabilities severe, multiple disabled, and ABA classes preferred
MAJOR
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Attend staff meetings as needed
MUST BE AVAILABLE ALL DAYS OF THE PROGRAN: NO EXCEPTIONS
* Maintains students medical records
* Renders first aid for injuries and illnesses
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:
Per ETEA/ BOE Contract
