Responsibilities include providing expert instruction, engaging with participants energetically, and maintaining safety standards. Ideal candidates are physically fit, have a background in coaching or teaching, and are available on weekends and holidays. Competitive wages, commission, and extensive training programs are offered, including a minimum hourly rate of $22.
