As a critical company representative, you will work directly with our homeowners to ensure all service requests are handled promptly and professionally. You will evaluate situations, complete minor repairs, and schedule work with trade partners and vendors.

• Work directly with homeowners to handle service requests promptly and professionally
• Evaluate situations and complete minor repairs
• Schedule work with trade partners and vendors

• 2+ years of related experience and/or training
• Computer proficient or capacity to learn scheduling tools
• Bachelor’s degree a plus
• Valid driver’s license

Hourly rate between $39.42 - $41.83 with eligibility for bonuses, overtime, 3 weeks paid vacation, 6 sick days, 3 personal days, medical/dental/vision coverage, discounts on mortgages and home appliances, 401(k) plan with company match.
