The Executive Assistant role provides high-level, trusted support to two or three senior executives, serving as a strategic partner who brings calm, clarity and precision to fast-paced executive operations. The role manages complex calendars, travel, meeting preparation and executive communications; serves as a key liaison between leadership, internal teams and external stakeholders; ensures follow-through on priorities; handles confidential information with discretion;
and supports special projects and executive logistics. Success is defined by executives who feel prepared, protected and focused, with smooth schedules, clear communication and an assistant viewed as a trusted extension of the executive team.
