Accountant/Tax Preparer
Central Jersey accounting firm seeks tax preparer 4 days per week (32 hrs.) and up to 6 days (50+ hours) during tax season. Overtime rate applies after 40 hours worked.
Requirements- Accounting Degree or Tax Credentials
- Knowledge of tax forms 1040, 1065, 1120, 1120S and supporting schedules
- Familiar with IRS procedures
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Computer literate
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment
- Proficient in multitasking
- Professional attitude and work ethic
- Desired:
- Knowledge of Pro System FX software
- Knowledge of Quick Books accounting software
